Industrial Relation Staff

Requirements :

Bachelor degree, majoring in Industrial Relation
GPA minimum 3.00 from reputable university
Maximum 27 years old
Have a strong knowledge on related law and regulation and preferred been exposed to business standard related to Industrial Relation and/or Human Resources
Highly self motivated, self confidence and willingness to learn
Hard worker, able to multi tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company (verbal and written – Fluent in English)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

Production Engineering Staff

Requirements :

Bachelor/Diploma degree majoring in Mechanical & Foundry Engineering
GPA minimum 3.00 from reputable university
D3 maximum 25 years old and S1 maximum 27 years old
Highly self motivated, self confidence and willingness to learn
Hard worker, able to multi tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company (verbal and written – Fluent in English)

QSE Staff

Requirements :

Maximum 27 years old
Bachelor Degree, majoring in OHS (Occupational Health & Safety)
Graduated from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
Minimum 1 years experience in relevant field (preferably in Manufacturing Industry)
Possess certified of occupational health professional (Ahli K3 Umum)
Having related certificate of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2016
Proficient in risk assessment identification
Hard worker, able to multi-tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
Good analytical, problem solving skills, action-focused and result-oriented team player
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company (verbal and written – Fluent in English)
Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang, Jawa Barat
