PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk (SAP Express) didirikan pada tanggal 9 September 2014 oleh Budiyanto Darmastono. Sejak pertama kali berdiri, SAP Express telah menerapkan sistem operasional berbasis Android dalam usahanya. Inovasi ini akhirnya menempatkan SAP Express sebagai pelopor perusahaan jasa pengiriman berbasis Android di Indonesia.

Kota-kota besar seperti Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo dan Makasar menjadi perhatian awal perseroan dalam pembangunan kantor cabang beserta jaringan yang luas hingga pelosok desa di Nusantara. Perkembangan cabang SAP Express terus berlanjut hingga pada bulan Maret 2015, jumlah cabang bertambah menjadi 40 cabang serta pelebaran outlet hingga 200 titik di wilayah Indonesia.

GM Financial Controller

Qualification:

  • Masters in Accounting/ Finance
  • Min 5 years in KAP and 5 years in Corporate.
  • CPA/ACCA/CA certification are preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar position and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and corporate finance.
  • High level of integrity drives and result oriented.
  • Strong analytical and effective leadership qualities.

Job Description:

  1. Coordinate and ensure FRS compliant management accounting reports are prepared on a timely basis, for internal and external parties.
  2. Monitor, coordinate and preparation of annual budget and forecast for the company.
  3. Review, assess and implement finance policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and optimize efficiency.
  4. Manage the company profitability and cash flows, providing appropriate foresight and reporting to the CFO.
  5. Interprets the statistical and accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of cost, budget, efficiency of operations, trends and increased profit possibilities.
  6. Provide strategic recommendations and drive financial performance based on data-driven insights.
  7. Conduct in-depth data analysis, develop insightful visualizations and dashboards for stakeholder reporting and to support strategic decision-making.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
  9. Responsible and oversee treasury management which include cash flow forecasting, funding plan, liquidity management and banking settlement.
  10. Working closely with the respective Stakeholder to minimize financial risk.
  11. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  12. Working closely with external parties such as auditors, tax agent, fund manager etc. – to provide timely and accurate information to them.
  13. Perform any other tasks as directed by the Management from time to time.
