1. PPIC Staff

Gresik, Jawa Timur

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for making production planning needed for Buffer Stock and shipping needs
Create Sales Orders received from related customers as direct order requirements to WH as Delivery Order
Responsible for the availability of calculations for material needs from planning gradually with a span of up to 3 months according to existing sales forecasting information
Recap and coordinate first production for the need for release approval for the start of a new product (if any) with production parties and related divisions
Responsible for coordinating well with divisions related to PPIC or Quality Control or Production or Purchasing, for smooth operational processes according to ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018
Reviewing and scoring the results of achieving planning from the production side

Qualifications:

Minimal Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years working experience as PPIC Staff from FMCG Company
Have a Good Skills in operating Ms Excel (Proficient Level) is a MUST, and Basic SAP will be an Advantage
Strong Data Analysis, strong analytical
Creative, Proactive in working, Have high initiative, Resilient person with Integrity, Discipline, Easy to adapt, Good Communication, Good Project Management, Love Challenges and Learn New Things
Can work in team or individually, Healthy physically and spiritually
Working Hour: Non Shift, Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday: 8 am – 4 pm, and Saturday: 8 am – 1 pm)
Work Placement in Gresik, East Surabaya
Preferably job applicants with domicile in Gresik, East Java and surrounding areas (East Java Area)

2. Purchasing Engineering Staff

Gresik, Jawa Timur

Job Description:

Identify all Purchase Request (PR)
Sourcing Vendor especially in Gresik and Surabaya region
Follow up outstanding PO – Daily Report
Update Inventory and delivered item (attach the Photo) – Daily Report
Full responsibility of updating/reporting to Head Of Purchasing

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree (S1) – Management/Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
Minimum 1 year of work experience as finance/accounting staff in FMCG industry
Advance in Ms Office (Excel, etc.)
Excellent in Internal-External Communication, basic technical knowledge (Familiar with Industry standards, Manufacturing processes), and Negotiation
Fluent in English/Chinese is a must
Good character (honest, integrity, determined, etc)
Able to work in a team
Having good logical thinking
Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Gresik, East Java
