Channel Data Analyst
Job Description :
- Handling administrative work such as financial reports, memos, correspondence, PR claims, and recapping databases
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or any related majors
- 1-2 years of working experience from a Finance admin background
- Good Excel Skill: Pivot, Hlookup, Vlookup (mandatory)
- Good communication in English (Mandarin would be a plus)
- Able to work under pressure
- Good team player and agile person to catch up with fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be placed in the Jakarta office
Project Management Office (Store Development)
Job Description :
- Facilitating the analysis of potential locations for store expansion/store development
- Reviewing with the project owner regularly to check the project’s progress
- Providing support for the project to ensure the quality of the project
- Encouraging project teams to meet the objective, timeline, and expected post-implementation benefits
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent
- Good proficiency in English (oral & written) is a must
At least 3-4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Experienced in project management for store development
- Experienced in architecture & Interior Design
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Agile & able to work under pressure
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to be placed in the Jakarta Office
